85jas 0 Posted October 22, 2010 Report Share Posted October 22, 2010 I think some part of my gearbox / shifter is in it's way out :-| Going from 1st to 2nd there is sometimes a nasty crunch as it passes through neutral. What's broken? I'm assuming it's not the gearbox itself but the shifter / selector mechanism. As I'm gonna get the timing chains replaced soon is this the sort of thing that should be done at the same time? Link to post Share on other sites
