Nex 17 Posted July 1, 2010 Report Share Posted July 1, 2010 Hi all,I am after some advice, I have just ordered a set of coilovers for my 4mo and am looking at getting some uprated top mounts while l am at it or find out if l should just stick with the OE VW ones? I have come across the Street Density 25% stiffer, which sound ok .Any advice, links, personal experience would be great, what have people got but l am not really looking for mad stiffness 90% ect.. as l dont want to start losing bits to vibration lolcheers folks! Nex 17 Posted July 1, 2010 Author Report Share Posted July 1, 2010 I don’t mind feeling the road (to an extent), it is one of the reasons l am getting them, I just don’t want to be an inch shorter every time I hit a little bump in the road or have random bits falling off Yeah it said the coilovers are a bit harder thats why l was thinking the 25% stiffer mounts instead of the harder ones would be ok, but after looking around today l might just stay with a new set of the standard VW ones. maybe lol.
