theblueflash 0
I've been trying to buy some legal pressed plates for a while now and can't work out they're site. they don't answer the phones and the link on their sister site platemyride is broken. anyone shed any light on what's happened to them? I know the site was being repaired or something but that date has been an gone.

theblueflash 0
ok. they are shut for a show until tomorrow. but there seem to be a few options. platemyride describe their uk road legal pressed plates very well and they provide a link to buy - which is brokendubmeister dont have any info on their site about road legal pressed uk plates - not helpfuland are we talking about tsr-performance? nothing on their site at all about number plates! somebody must know where to get some from. they are extremely popular and it doesnt make sense that only one site gives you the information you need but no option to buy!!! xyber 1
Problem is you have to produce a driving license and vehicle docs to buy them, so little point putting them on a website anymore
theblueflash 0
I was under the impression you hads the option to send them in? there are links to other companies on plate my ride, will try calling one tomorrow to see what they say. if they are close enough i'll go down and get a set made
xyber 1
You can send them, but do you want to send important docs like that in the post? HahaSome
dalevr6 0
For pressed plates from Dubmeister you don't need a driving licence or anything, just money! As far as them being road legal, they personally told my mate that they are, but they could just be making it up?
xyber 1
I needed all the docs to buy them from dubmeister, as did several others who bought them the same time. You have to show docs when buying any road legal plate by law and has been that way for some time
dalevr6 0
I understand the laws, I was just telling what happened the other day when my mate bought some from there, with no docs, I'm not sure if it was just a case of a member of staff not fully understanding the laws, even though she did say they were legal because the place of manufacture and the serial number are shown on the plates. bit of a grey area I think.
