350bhp turbo vr6?? spec??

i would like to build a turbo vr6 engine ( when i say i i mean someone who knows what they are doing ) but im unsure of where to start ( i.e which turbo, injectors ). will standard management do? if so i presume obd2 would be best? i will be fitting it to my mk2. anything else you can think of please share. im kinda new to turbo'd vr's.

You can also you a holset turbo from gs racing few people been talking about these recently and there really well priced and relaible.
