thegoth 5 Posted January 2, 2010 Report Share Posted January 2, 2010 technically it does as it will have had one when it left the factory. some manufecturers, ie ford, took until about 1994 to fit them as standard. different testers obviously interpret the regulations diferently. others can just be short sighted ;-)VR6 cats seems to come in two lengths.
