Delboy 0
I need to get my brakes done (front and rear) as they are rubbish and got nasty wheel wobble when braking from high speed, been looking about as VW quoted silly money for the parts (about £250!!) Have found pagid ones that are alot cheaper (about £130). Has anyone used pagid ? are they any good? Anyone got any other suggestions? I dont plan to up the power apart from the usual air filter and stainless exhaust in the future.

bungy 2
Brembo's from GSF are good for discs. Put them on my Audi and have lasted ages with good stopping power.
rodney 17
I have Brembo discs all around with Padgid fast road pads.... If you go more than fast road you tend to need to keep heat in them for them to work correctly. However things like Yellow stuff dont fade...Also make sure you fit the 288 mm options rather than the 280mm optons.. Finally if you are runnning bigger wheels then audo tt set ups bolt stragith on -ish and work loads better again... there is a how to/discussion thread somewherePS... If you jpoin as a premium member you get 15% off at GSF amongst others... best £15 you will ever spend... If you trust me on only one thing in your life... become premium... Delboy 0
I live in worthing mate, brembo eh, any idea what they come in price wise? Makes me sound tight i know but want the best I can get for reasonable money!! Whats you opinion on braided hoses? I dont plan on going more than fast road only use it at weekend and the odd evenings as I have a van for work. When you say 288 over 280 does that mean i have to make any mods to make the bigger discs fit? Sorry for all the daft questions but I am not very technically minded
