bungy 2 Posted December 30, 2009 Report Share Posted December 30, 2009 I've raced bikes and had quite a few "new" bikes / engines over the years and this is not new news. It is, however quite new to larger car engines as the more modern stuff is of better quality. Bike engines tend to be better engineered with tighter tolerences and do genuinely perform better after being run in hard. On a flip side for all you turbo heads, has anyone tried the freezing process for crankshafts and con rods to improve endurance? Link to post Share on other sites

cabrioman 6 Posted January 5, 2010 Report Share Posted January 5, 2010 rite i called them today and they charger £8.50 pre kilo + VAT if arrives before 12pm friday will be done over the weekend and shipped back out on monday as they do all there work over the weekend .... if sending gear sets its best to have them fully stripped down ....
