Guest andik111
Hi guys, im new to this site as i have only just bought me a VR6 Golf 1995/M.Just wondered if any one can help me with a problem i have had since i bought it. The car starts when cold at first turn of key no probs, however when its warm and i try to start the thing it turns over for about 10-15 secs before eventually starting, this seems to be getting gradually worse. Sometimes it will cut out straight away unless i floor the throttle. This is a pain in the arse at petrol stations (which im sure all u VR6 owners visit quite often).I thought it might be the plugs but surely i would have problems starting from cold? VR6Pete 1,455
I'd probably start by getting it on the VAG-COM to see if there are any fault codes...
