trix2702 23
Hi folks, my mk3 vr is overfueling when cold, i.e if i start it up and rev it, it floods instantly and then washes the bores and takes a few tried to get it running again. I have had it on vagcom and all is good, tried new plugs and leads even checked for any air leaks. Strange thing is if I start it and don't touch the throttle, let it run for a few mins it drives perfect. Any ideas as my neighbours aint liking the car running for 5 mins at 7am before I leave for work...Cheers in advance
VR6Pete 1,455
MAF or lamba maybe? could be over compensating fuel? You can use the measuring blocks in VAG-COM to monitor these...
