Looking at getting a new set of rims, and i can get them with an ET25 or ET38. The place that i am looking to get them from has advised that i get the the ET25 set.

But i was thinking if i buy the the ET38 set and then use a spacer of about 13mm I will we end up with an offset of ET25. Which will enable me to have more offset choice.

Is this correct, and what do you think will be the best option.

Looking at 16's

They say that ET38 might not clear the front brake discs because of the design of them.

But I'm just thinking they might be easier to sell on in the future as they ET38 as you could get different size of spacers for other applications.

Good Idea, the higher to offset better for adapters and resale?
