low rev judder

Hey people, i am after some Vr knowledge,

Since having my VR there has always been a slight judder when under load at about 1500/2000revs.

In the last few weeks i have changed plugs (NGK Platinum), leads (7mm dubpower), fuel filter, fuel filter relay, have also cleaned the crank sensor, MAF and double checked the coil pack for security and hairliners.

Anyway all of this seems to be to no avail :-( , the motor is running better but still juddering like a kangaroo at times.

I am beginning to think it might be to do with the auto box?? Low tranny oil maybe? or am i grasping at straws?

VAG'ing it throws up a 00638 code, does this mean ought to you guys?

Any help would be massively appricated and maybe a few owed pints at VR6OC meet in August ;-)

my code book says:

'Thottle Angle Signal - Stuck On'

or

'Thottle Angle Signal - Stuck Off'

or

'Engine / Transmission Electrical Connection 2'

depending on sub-codes but all advise

'Also check for loose ECU power Relay'

For the tenner or so for a new relay I'd say swap it.

I guess the ECU power relay could cause the juddering?!?!

Picking one up from stealers tomorrow, so will post my findings!
