Antihero1981 8 Posted May 12, 2009 Report Share Posted May 12, 2009 HI , i replaced my hoses today with samco ones on the vento vr.....only question is as i am not sure , some of the pipes ran into a unit above the gearbox , looks like a little water heat exchanger or something , but the samco hoses i have totally bypass that...do i have the right ones? its an auto so not sure if it makes a difference?1997 vr6 Link to post Share on other sites

Antihero1981 8 Posted May 18, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 18, 2009 FOUND OUT that the auto has a transmission cooler which comes off the rad inlet and outlet....not so good when you have manual samco hoses......so now had to order a stand alone transmission cooler from german as the not that popular in the uk and to expensive to import one from states.....well least my transmission will be a bit cooler for when i put my foot down!
