IanH26 0 Posted April 18, 2009 Report Share Posted April 18, 2009 Driving the car up for its MOT the other day and the oil temp on the DIS started to drop then went to the "----" reading i.e. under 50degs.Just got the car back from the MOT, with a pass!!So, need to sort out the oil temp issue.I am guessing it is the oil temp sender has failed so a few questions...How can I check - buy a new one and fit it, wire lose?Where do I get one - VW, GSF, ebay etc?Other reasons for non reading, all other DIS readings work, mpg etc?All and any help gratefully received,Ian Link to post Share on other sites
