Deano74 0 Posted November 3, 2004 Report Share Posted November 3, 2004 got a problem with my speedo it flicks around the dial and the temp guage fall to zero when accelerating hard had it plugged into diagnostics fault came up curcuit n30 low voltage any ideas anybody? Not sure how similar the Honda is to the VW, but tracing the speedo cable led us to the distributor, when we found out the cable was fried. Don't know how that happened, crappy Wisconsin weather, I guess... Replaced the wire, problem solved. Don't know about the temp gauge though, sorry. Link to post Share on other sites
acf8181 0 Posted November 3, 2004 Report Share Posted November 3, 2004 i had probs with my vr's speedo, in that it stopped working. i replaced the sender, spinny cog thingy that goes down into gearbox, even got a spare set of clocks...turned out to be that one of the pins in the big plug connector near the coilpack has bent over! may be worth starting there.
