DaveVR6'S' 0 Posted March 13, 2009 Report Share Posted March 13, 2009 hi,iv recently done a vr6 obd2 conversion into a 90 spec mk2, when i went to start the engine it turns over but wont fire.iv checked the fuel pressure and thats o.k. The fuel pump primes and i have a spark but weak.does any one have any ideas what the problem might be ?Any help would be great Link to post Share on other sites
Andyaus 0 Posted June 5, 2009 Report Share Posted June 5, 2009 If you have a weak spark i'd imagine its something to do with your ignition system, try new HT leads, plugs and coil pack, but before that maybe just take out a spark plug and turn your engine over just to make sure fuel is getting to the cylinder!!
