russj249 2 Posted February 8, 2009 Report Share Posted February 8, 2009 not sure if it's the same on vr6 but push button in as though to reset trip distance, turn ignition on for 10 seconds then turn ignition off and let go of button.That's how you do most cars so it's worth a try. Other than that I'll try and find out off auto data at work tomorrow as I've got the service light up too when I turn ignition on. Link to post Share on other sites
russj249 2 Posted February 8, 2009 Report Share Posted February 8, 2009 ok. to reset service light.should be done on total mileage screen not trip computer otherwise it'll just erase trip computer.With the ignition off, press and hald the button below the speedoswitch off ignition and release button. OEL should appear in the screen.Press the minute button for adjusting the digital clock which is the lower one. and hold until 5 dashes appear. (-----)This will mean the service light had been reset. By pressing the button below speedo again, the other services will be displayed and can be canceled individually by using clock button.Switch ignition on.Job done Link to post Share on other sites
