Keeping the power down, and torque steer

Recommended Posts

was just reading the turbo thread and thought to myself, 'with all that power(300+bhp) how do they keep the power down and the wheels from spinning???'

Then that got me onto my own car.. the pink one! cabby vr6. Torque steer in that is a complete bi7ch.

Is there a way to cut it down? and how to keep the wheels from spinning in high powered cars.

tony.

I think the simple answer really is that you cant stop a high powered car from wheel spinning and getting torque steer, but you can reduce it as the above posts say by fitting good tyres and lsd. But realisticly unless you fit 4wd to a car pushing over 300 bhp out you will always have alot of spin
