Afondo 0
OK guys,Just done a search and have read the other thread a few lines down but not sure if I have the same problem so...the clutch peddal doesnt always return to its correct position, sometimes returning half way and on occasion staying stuck to the floor. When I lift the peddal to its correct resting point it works again for a short while and then starts doing the same thing again.Would this be the broken plate and re-weld that Im reading about and ifso what/where should I be looking to confirm this?If not, do you think a clutch slave rebuild would fix this problem?ThanksA rather unhappy Afondo
CLEG-VR6 0
Sounds like theres air in the system. (like whens theres air in the brake lines youve gotts bleed it out have to do the same with hydo clutch)just a thought
ingham 5
its worth having a look to check the white clip that fits in clutch arm is ok as if its broken it can do what you describing
Bigjobbo 0
Sounds like air to me. How did the air get in? Had any work done recently? Bleed it first, see if it solves it. If it comes back, you can start checking for leaks.
