S.i.m.o.n 0
Hi,I have a 93 VR6 for the past month it has been dieing. Your be driveing all will be fine then all of a sudden it will slowly lose power and die, if you leave it for 5 mins it will start again but as soon as you get to a constant speed it will slowly lose all power, have tried to hook it up to diagnostics but my ecu will not talk, i have changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pump relay, cam sensor, crank sensor and im going to put another ecu in it at the weekend. If this does noy work i am at a complete loss as to what it could be so any help will be really apreciatedThanks Simon
VR6Pete 1,455
first of all, try resolve communication to your ECU. check the obd plug is connected up correctly. My MAF was doing stupid things last week, which caused all sorts of problems that looked like it was caused by other things, was intermittent, but got worse and worse, its an easy item to swap /test if you know someone else with the same MAF ...pete
