Hi folks im needing some info on setting the timming up on a 2.8 vr6 1995 i have an auto data cd with some info on the chain but not alot. i may aswell start at the begining the chain guides burst on this engine for some reason resulting in three valves bending so removed the engine and split the box to access the chain and repair all the broken parts now im havin probs setting the timming i cant seem to lose the slack between the two cams i thought the pullys would move once i slackened them and the cams where locked but these pullys are on a key so dont turn any ideas folks would a new chain sort this or have i made an arse of setting up the timming....
