mpgscott 0
This morning as i went to start the car it took quite a while to start. As i turned it over the starter had to run for a lot longer than usual before the engine turned into life, when it did start it was running as normal and with no issues. Its just the point that it normally starts instantly but now it took like 10 seconds on the starter. Now i thought its cold but this afternoon i went to start it again and the same thing. Once it was hot after driving home it starts instantly. Is this likely to be signs that the fuel filter is on the way out? Its just seems that the fuel is not getting through quick enough. It does not appear to be leaking fuel or using any more.Cheers
