sadken 0
Hi there and please accept my apologies if this is posted in the wrong place.I have recently installed a sub in the boot which I am happy with but was wondering what would be a decent door speaker upgrade from the stick ones.Budget..£40And also, are they 16.5cm or 17cm and are they straightforward to fit? Thanks in advance for any advice offered. Damo 85 0
16.5 IIRC mate, and yeah absolute peice of cake to fit. you can go for components (which will prob be over your 40 quid budget), or a decent set of coaxials and just run em with your standard dash tweeters. (I've got a set of infinity co-axials in the front and a pair of alpine type-E co-axials in the rear. took me about 20mins to do all four and they sound loads clearer than before. Might take a bit of stripping / joining wiring in the back to get your tweeters to work, but the fronts are dead simple.
