parkersdub 0 Posted July 17, 2008 Report Share Posted July 17, 2008 Hi everyone.And so the problems start. Had a service done on the dub and had coolant changed. Noticed a slight leak on the right of engine which was it turned out the gasket on thermostat. Had it resealed but stil losing water and can't see from where. I know it's not the head gasket but any suggestions? Also does anyone know where I can get silicone hoses to replace the originals. ThanksJP Link to post Share on other sites
sticks 0 Posted July 17, 2008 Report Share Posted July 17, 2008 check your water bottle cap as the rubber seal inside of mine went and caused water to come out of the overflow of the water bottle not the lid,this is common,especially if the water seems to be coming from behind to the right of the water bottle,hope this helps somhow Link to post Share on other sites
