Drunk Drivers!!!!!!

Guess what?

You're probably paying for her council house. You probably paid for her car too. And the bottle of wine she drunk before getting into it.

And you would get a bigger fine for doing 100mph on a deserted motorway than the pathetic slap-on-the-wrist she's gonna get for almost killing your Boyfriend.

New Labour Britain, dont'cha you just love it!

Yeah' date=' I guess the alternatives are not much better. All lies and spin...

The important thing is that no-one was badly hurt. Still, make sure that he claims (via a good no-win-no-fee solicitor) for Whiplash, bruises, Fibromyalga, Travel Anxiety & Nightmares. He should claim for ALL of these things even if he is not exhibiting symptoms of all of them.

Even if the driver is uninsured, personal injury claims are ALWAYS paid out. If the driver is uninsured, PI claims get paid out by the Motor Insurer's Bureau, an industry funded body set up specifically for paying out PI claims from uninsured accidents.

Likely payout (after Solicitor fees) will be well over £3000. It won't affect the fortunes of the drunk driver, but a nice holiday in the Maldives should help the pair of you get over it!!!!
