Yeah' date=' I guess the alternatives are not much better. All lies and spin...The important thing is that no-one was badly hurt. Still, make sure that he claims (via a good no-win-no-fee solicitor) for Whiplash, bruises, Fibromyalga, Travel Anxiety & Nightmares. He should claim for ALL of these things even if he is not exhibiting symptoms of all of them.Even if the driver is uninsured, personal injury claims are ALWAYS paid out. If the driver is uninsured, PI claims get paid out by the Motor Insurer's Bureau, an industry funded body set up specifically for paying out PI claims from uninsured accidents.Likely payout (after Solicitor fees) will be well over £3000.
