Caddymatt1380 0
My VR is near enough totally standard (Nick, Purple highline monster's old one) and I love it like that.It sounds nicee and runs fantastically. It's fast and if driven carefully can be economical. If I were to start putting induction kits and the likes on to her, would I loose that reliability and smooth running?I have heard stories about the MAF (I think) sensor messing up. Devildub_06 0
You will find a large majority on here run induction kits, I personally ran a pipercross viper carbon shielded induction kit. I think it is mainly a case of bad luck that the odd MAF sensor goes down, most likely where they are disturbed during the fitting of the kits, but the ECU's are more than capable of adapting to the change in airflow that you gain. You do get a change in induction noise, but personally I like it.
Caddymatt1380 0
I could give one a go I suppose and just out it back to standard if I don't like it.
