hvr6 88 Posted April 1, 2008 Report Share Posted April 1, 2008 Hi Fellow Club Dubbers, been doing this every year...Race for life 5k run for Cancer Research UK, this time in St Albans 20/07/2008I lost my Mum to cancer when I was 8 so it means a lot to be able to raise money for this particular charity. So if you are able to I'd really appreciate the sponsorship. vdubgirl 3 Posted April 9, 2008 Report Share Posted April 9, 2008 You'll b e fine H I've been doing race for life for a few years now and 5k really isnt that far I tent to run/power walk it in about 35 mins noramlly. I did a 10K cancer research on at the end of last year and I am ashamed to say that it did kill me lol but it was all for a good cause. Means a bit more to me this year as I had a small scare but they've removed bits from me now so hopefully everything will now be sorted Link to post Share on other sites
