amazak 3
Yeah they llok good, a guy on ebay has 3 of these, he wants £75, how difficult would it be to source the fourth one, can it be bought new? Also the other issue is that my golf is ET51 and these are ET35...would that mean the wheels will stick out the wings a bit? Thanks
Roan 0
I take it you mean that the existing wheels on your car are ET51? Check http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp which will give you an idea of clearances etc depending on old/new wheel width & offset. Here is a link for a new 17 " BBS RXII to complete the set:http://www.performancealloys.com/details.asp?procedure=wheel&id_wheels='BBS%20RX2%20-%20(2%20Piece)'&id_wheels_manufacturers='BBS'&id_wheels_sizes='17x8'&price='371'&permission=831218540
richievr 1
i guess you are thinking of putting them on the mk5 then?they would be out toward the edge of the arches more, but SHOULD be ok. best checking first though. and check they are 5x112 as the mk5 golfs are that bolt pattern NOT 5x100 like mk3's and 4's.. amazak 3
Yes I want to have them on the mk5, painted black on the inside and a red outer lip, these were removed of of a Mercedes details as folows... 17inch 8Jx17h2 et35. A single wheel costs £370?? Wow I guess that is why he is selling them off, lol.
amazak 3
Ok here is another idea...I can either have the standard MOnza's face finished in black with red on the inserts?? Or get these and have them done as per my previous post, I guess the Monza's will be more original and much cheaper until I can afford a full set of BBS wheels, lol. What ya say? amazak 3
Something similar to these??? The standard monza's should have red inserts
