If you imagine when you pull the handle, it pulls a bar, that then pulls the catch and the door opens, is all of that in one piece as if it was broken it would probably feel no different coz of all the springs

also check the rear of the actual lock cylinder itself, is that hooking on in the right place to the mechanism

I had a funny problem. I was washing my car the other day, and I left it running, since I didnt want it to gett so foggy. And what happened? It locked itself:). While running, with me on the outside!!!!! I felt very smart. Had to pull up the lock with a steel wire. I actually felt like a thiev breaking into my own car.

managed to get it open eventualy after lots of cut knuckles

Hi, I am having the same problem on my drivers side door (3 door).

Outside handle and inside door release won't open the door.

Spent ages today trying to figure it out to no avail.

Any advice and or pictures on how to get it open?
