hi all help info needed to try to get 400bhp from my 92 vr6 can u help,

ive orderd upratted rods,

ive had the head skimmed polish and gas flowed ,,,(more expense)

as mine has the dizzy type, im woundering if this is possible to do

so i bought some 440cc injector as well but b4 i start blowing money for no reason i thought id have some proper advise of u guys please,,

so what head spacer do i need

what ecu software and map?

will these 440 b ok

will a std turbo manifold do

what turbo will i need

do i really need to upgrade cams

what size intercooler and pipeing do i need 2.5/3.0 inch

ive removed the gearbox box

ill be fitting a uopratted clutch ,

,im just in the process of renewing the timing chain ,due to worn main tensonior ,as it has wear marks on it,

any ideas on best place regards parts too,
