VR6Steve 0
Could even be the coilpack/transformer if you have done plugs and leads already

28v6r 0
A temporary fix by the way, Go to B&Q and ask at the plumbers section for Silicone Grease, put a liberal amount all around the coil pack, BUT NOT IN THE CONNECTIONS, You can apply all around the connections though, then to stop "Arcing" remove each indiviual lead and smear a little on the inside of the rubber ONLY, DO NOT GET ANY ON THE ACTUAL CONNECTOR otherwise you will defeat the purpose of the ignition lead by shorting it out. Silicone Grease acts as an insulator and removes any arcing on the ignition side, Been there done this and it's still working!!! can't afford a new pack at present as I'm what they call UE. &| x) Regards28v6r
