I think its like bulk buying fuel, you fill up, give them you card and it is billed to pipeline, who you then pay back

Its like pipeline having an account with say, shell, where they buy 1000's of litre of fuel a day at a discount bulk rate

think thats how it works anyway

I signed up year or so ago I have no money but its the vrs fault not theirs.... looks like a good idea and they lobby for reductions in fuel tax etc...

its a discount fuel card like they have in holland where certain suppliers will give u money off but they need more people you dont have to give any car details only ur email address at the mo which will b gd as petrol seems to be going up all the time

my wife signed up about a year ago and all we've had is a few emails telling us it isn't ready or working yet, but they're 'working on it'. seems like a right waste of time to me at the moment
