[poll] NEW 1995 VR6 Lots of details!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hello, im new at VR6s, this is my first, i got it from a family it was part of a car collection that was on sale, the car has 65k miles on it and is in very good chape exterior and interior, but there are some details on the instrument panel and engine start and idle.

first of all the instrument panel, the speedometer doesnt work right, it marks speed way lower of what im driving, it seems like the kph line is actually the mph line!!!!

the Tacometer marks rpms like 1k more than the real value,

i have to step on the gas so the car can start or else the car just cracks and then stops right away, after i start it with mi foot on the gas it idles good, but i dont have other vr6 to compare is the only one in my city,

now on the transmition, the first gear some times is hard to select, i havet o go to 2nd and then to 1rs so it gets in , and another thing is that 3rd makes a sound when is selected, but it stays in its place after that.

The car lights get on when i start it, and they stay on all the time, i was told that they should turn off if the parking brake is up but for some reaason it doesnt anymore, is this true? what could be wrong???

please help me, were i live i dont have anyone who knows about this cars, so im on my own on this, in venezuela the vr6s werent for sale only imported by the owners from USA,

yeah margarita is grate, i went on last may!!!, so what do you think about my problems...

Ive never known the lights to come on when starting...so that cant be right.
