fatboy-slim 0 Posted August 13, 2004 Report Share Posted August 13, 2004 Hi my sunroof is leaking as I got in the car yesterday to go to work my ass got wet and the back seat are wet as well. I have put a new seal on and it seemed ok but I have been using the sunroof a lot in the last few weeks as it has been hot. so I was wondering maybe it needs to be set in a certain way any ideas as my interior is going to get killed if don?t get this sorted and the tape on the roof doz not look good x) Link to post Share on other sites

fatboy-slim 0 Posted August 15, 2004 Author Report Share Posted August 15, 2004 Hi thanks for the advice but I have tried all that all drainage plugs are clear. it?s when I put the sunroof back in i.e. put it back on the runners and tighten the screws when I check to see if it is water tight it is leaking along the back and dripping onto the sunroof cover and then down the roof and in to the boot .do I need to put the glass in a certain way??? madmonkee 0 Posted August 17, 2004 Report Share Posted August 17, 2004 it will only go in one way i thought. when i took mine out and relaced it all(the cartridge) just make sure all the pipes are on the ends and bingo..... i set the sunroof flush with the run of the roof.
