philbatesvr6 0 Posted August 7, 2007 Report Share Posted August 7, 2007 i had a problem last week with the idle controll volve on my vr it wouldnt tick over and kept stalling, i plugged it in and it came up with the error code 00533 idle controll volve out of tollerence,so i removed the throttle body clean it out and refitted it, and and i thought i had fixed it as it said out of tollerencies, it solved the problem the vr ticked over fine as usual,but then yesterday and today its been reving up to 2k on tick over for a bit then drops down to 1k then back up then it will stay at 2k for a bit then drop back down to normal ? so does any one no wats going on *-) its a odb2 btw with the elestric motor throttle body Link to post Share on other sites
