Guest ellvr6
looool me and my m8 was thinkin bout the senders/housing and all that. oil was runnin out of the front right sender where i tapped the oil feed line. Will this disrupt the pressure and cause it to not run? thanks for your help.

Guest ellvr6
lool ok mate. well ive put everything on right as far as i know. maf sensor on the inlet side of turbo boost pipe connected to inlet. got 42lb (green top) injectors no chip yet but not driving car just want to start her. only planning to run small boost 8-10psi so will downgrade injectors and chip to suit. Would a dodgy ht lead be the problem? One looks worn and needs replacing. Thanks for your help
Guest ellvr6
the bigger injectors on stock chip. Giving the engine double the fuel than what it needs. This the problem?? not being able to start
VRmonster 1
if that was the case then you would smell the fuel from the exhaust and it would just crank over and over. maybe splutter every now and then. try the old injectors in and see if she goes, as long as you dont drive it into boost it will run on standard injectors/chip, so stay below 3k rpm. then get it to a tuner and have them swap the injectors and play with the mapping. Guest ellvr6
thank you for your help m8. It did just crank and stunk of fuel. Put the stock injectors in and she started 1st time. Also on the oil housing there are 3 sensors two at front and one at the rear. IS the rear one a temp sensor and would it be ok to use this for the oil feed. Thanks
