gezza 0 Posted May 19, 2007 Report Share Posted May 19, 2007 probably posted this in wrong area but..just rung the guy i am getting my new corrado off and rear spoiler and sunroof doesnt work is there a fuse or relay that does both??also he says when car is cold he has to gently tickle accelerator to keep it alive for about 10 secs is this idle control valve or throttle sensor??and finally is starter motor easy job to to put new one if so how much as he says it will need replaceing?? please help cheers gerry Link to post Share on other sites
cabrioman 6 Posted May 19, 2007 Report Share Posted May 19, 2007 sounds liek u brought or are buyina rite peach there mate as for the throttle prob bit had to say mite need to put it on a vas 5051 or 5052, starter motor is quite an easy job should take u about half hour or so if ur good with ur hand adn know a wee bit about cars and as for the sunfoor and spolier can see them being liked my self but hay neva know just check all the fuses adn the check to see if u got power at both components maty .... any more trouble just give us a shout Link to post Share on other sites
gezza 0 Posted May 19, 2007 Author Report Share Posted May 19, 2007 peach meaning good or bad?? the car has done 111k with 2 owners and they are the only problems!! i just want to get them sorted as soon as i get it!! it doesnt use oil no chain noise from cold or tappet noise doesnt use oil or water and has fvsh completely std will be getting air filter for it though!!
