BTAVR6 0
Hi, I'm thinking of lowering my VR my about 60mm on new GAS dampers, leaving the standard wheels on. Will my car be a bit crashy lowering my this amount???
kalv 0
If you can live with it then probably yes.. will have a nice stance with the standard wheels..
matth76 1
60mm will be very low mate. I personally had the GMAX kit (dampers and springs) fitted which uses gas dampers and advertises a 35mm drop but I've measured it and it is more like 45mm and suits the car perfectly - not too low to be impracticle (if you drive slowly down ramps or speedbumps) but much more aggressive (I have the vw deep front spoiler fitted) and looks how it should have done from the factory. gmax is very cheap too (which puts a lot of people off thinking it is cr*p quality... not so at all and the phirm recommend them - they fitted mine). Well worth it mate.
nivag27 5
I have not long put Gmax on mine and i was surprised how low it is, (40mm) and it does catch on a thew humps, gives it a decent ride though,60mm will be well looow but Its your choice matey.
