It say's i have to wire one of the wires to the vehicle speed sensor.Does anyone know if the wiring loom for the stereo has one fitted already.And if not is there anything else i can do. blackmagic 0 Posted March 6, 2007 Report Share Posted March 6, 2007 Think you will find that only newish cars have a speed pulse sensor fitted in the vehicles wiring loom. So that would possible mean fitting a wheel mounted sensor. Have seen this done before with a Blaupunkt unit. The bits came from Blaupunkt and where fitted to one of the front wheels inside the rim like a wheel weight only bigger.When fitted the car has to perform left and right hand turns etc to allow calibration.
