purple highline monster 0 Posted February 17, 2007 Report Share Posted February 17, 2007 nope! the bore size ie the centre of the rim that goes over the centre of the disc/hub can be a slightly different size and wheel manafacturers supply plastic disc the sit in the rear of the rim to prevent vibration and movement, as craggsy says the 5x100 is the distance between the bolt holes, anything lower or higher than 100mm and the bolts wont go in straight and wont sit on the hub properly, this can be a bit dangerous!!! what wheels are you after then? so many different types/brands/styles are made for VW`s you shouldnt need to look for ones that arent compatible Link to post Share on other sites
