purple highline monster 0 Posted September 25, 2006 Report Share Posted September 25, 2006 tut tut tut Lee, thats very informative....but its wrong! the NIP bit is all a bit wordy, agree they are the laid down guidlines, but if you rattled that off to most people would they remember???? the mere fact the person is "reported" for a given offence is enough, they have also mislead with the caution...once the conversation is complete and the final caution is given, the word "questioned" is replaced with "now" so no only is it wrong but it will make someone look a tit if they try to defend themselves!!
