The Punisher 0 Posted September 11, 2006 Report Share Posted September 11, 2006 right in my wisdom (or lack off) i snipped the wire of my lamber sensor when changing over the cat thinking i'd just connect them later... problem is later has come and the wires look very diffrent :? wires on the loom wires on the end of the sensor loom... now clealry someone has snipped and reconnected in the past and somewhere along the lines i have lost the ends that were attached to the car loom... basically im just confussed as hell can anyone help?also whats this i think its bust can anyone help? before after :shock: Joel Link to post Share on other sites

VR6Rob 0 Posted September 11, 2006 Report Share Posted September 11, 2006 looks like the plug has been removed and the wires soldered together the connection should be.sensor loomblack - whitegray - yellowwhite - brownwhite - red/whitethe two white wire from the sensor are the heater so shouldnt matter which way round they are connectedfrom your photo you can still see where the wire go.the broken bit it a oil pressure switch it needs replacing Link to post Share on other sites

VR6Rob 0 Posted September 12, 2006 Report Share Posted September 12, 2006 they are switches so wont work with a gauge you will have to fit a sender for a electronic gauge or as mk3anni says use a t-piece and pipe to the mechanical gauge.mk3anni where did you connect yours to?
