VW Sharan/Ford Galaxy brakes on a Golf?

Hi, ive got a set of front disc and pads for a vw sharan sitting in my living room, and was wondering how hard it would be to fit on my Golf VR6??

The disc's and pad's are bigger so they would be worth havin.

Obviously they wont fit on my calipers so would I just have to buy a set of sharan calipers and bolt them straight on??

Do calipers just bolt straight on?

the sharan disc are 5x112 pcd and the vr6 are 5x100 pcd.
