I've got a few starting issues with my motor.It started after My fuel pump casing got craked by some debrie on the road. That has now been changed but tbh the pump sounds quite noisey.I then got caught up in a big storm and hit some 2 ft deep puddles getting everything under the bay wet. Now luckily I checked the induction kit and it didn't suck up any water, however the coil did die. So I replaced the coil and the car fired fine. Brillient I thought! Next morning wouldn't start and i had to bump it. It just kept turning but wouldn't fire. But started fine on a bump.Sometimes it smells very petroly when i dont even touch the throttle. So i wondered about the auto choke.It tends to start and cough a little, idle all over the place, and then sort itsself out a few miles down the road.Can anyone help PLEASE!! I'm fed up of having to carry a tow rope around and be worried everytime i start my car.Oh its a OBD1 2.9 raddo lump.Thanks in advance! Link to post Share on other sites
