    I've just had my new engine put in my mk3 golf vr6 and it is slightly tappy and miss fireing, any suggestions people?

    This is all so confusing! I have a mk3 golf vr6 1996 model, the engine has a coil but unfortunately the engine has blown up, but I have a 2.9 vr6 corrado engine but it has a distributor, will the mk3 golf loom plug straight into the corrado engine? Helppppp

    Are the looms any different between the mk3 golf and the corrado? Mk3 golf has a coil and the corrado has a dizzy? Is there any way I can drop the hole corrado engine into the mk3 golf and still run the mk3 golf loom on a corrado engine?

    Hello people I have got a mk3 golf vr6 and the engine is blown, I've brought a new engine and have just found out it's from a corrado vr6, so my blown up golf engine has a coil and my new corrado engine has a distributor (how ever you spell it lol) what needs to be changed for me to be able to run the corrado engine in the mk3 golf shell!? Someone please help!, I'm not very good with forums I'm new to this, so if there is anyone that can help me please could you private message me, thanks people
