Hi mates,my breaks work fine but the pedal doesn't come up to its normal position..I have to pick it up with my foot,I bled the brakes but still the same.has anybody had this problem b4?..thanks in advance

Hi guys,I noticed the other day that my brake pedal does not come back all the way up when applied,I have to pick it up with my foot,the brakes seem to work fine,help would be highly appreciated,96 golf vr6 12v
