It is quite alot if im honest, its not been driven since because ive been too scared to use it, although it isnt losing any water so thats whats confusing me

hi everyone, i've recently had the head gasket done on my vr aswell as a top end rebuild, im just wondering why it would be chucking alot of white smoke out of the exhaust, would this be due to old gunk stuck in the exhaust etc? or something a bit worse? thanks in advance
