rough estimate insurance quote for a 30 year old with 10+ ncd and a 17 year old named as a driver on a VR6?

  We don't insure young drivers full stop I'm afraid. If you'd like a quote without the 17 year old on it we can do that but we'll need much more info to give you a price (there's no such thing as a rough estimate).
