Hi new to the forum but not vw's been on other forums for years, Ive just brought my fist VR its fitted in my new Golf Rallye some of you have more than likely seen it around ? any way only had it about a week and its all gone wrong !! has anyone had this before or can any one help ??? Story Brought the motor drove it for a few days then the top coolant hose blew with a gash in it just by the jubilee clip where it goes in to the rocker cover. So we took it as a weak hose shortened and re-fitted it. A day later took it for a good blast and it was ok till litterally the last corner where it blew
