thanks for the advice and thanks for moving the post. i've done plenty of work on engines and i used to work as a mechanic so should be ok then? i dont really want to spend loadsa doh so think forced induction is out of the question. i'm only looking for around the 200bhp mark i wont need turbo/supercharger for that will i?

i want to fit upgraded cams to my vr6, does anyone knw the best ones to get and has anyone done it themselves;don't want to spend a fortune fitting them if i can do it myself!
