  1. hi ben, iv just manage to get them up by turning the rear heated screen on and the left one started to work then i switched it off and the right one worked, i had to keep pressing the switches as they went up bit by bit. its got me puzzled. The keeping the key turned thing doesnt work for some reason.
  2. Forgot to ad my heater matrix burst today so there was alot of water and steam in the car.
  3. Iv just been out to check and they have went down again and wont come back up. Can anyone give me some advice on how to get them up? cheers
  4. As the title says i put my key in the door to lock the car and the front windows decided to go down and i couldn't get them to go back up. After 10 mins of sitting thinking iv bought a big bag of problems they decided to start working again. Has any one came across this befor?
  5. The car has done 110k il have to check the water pump tommorow, i went to pick up the new matrix today and on my way the leaking one burst completly! I cant see the oil temp it doesnt seem to be on the display.
  6. Yeah the carpets are wet to. Its a trip to euro parts in the morning for a matrix then i can start figuring out how to fix dubs
  7. Il do all that this week, im going to have to change the heater matrix to i think as when i turn the heaters on steam just pours out the vents and after the car has been driven wen you come back after 10 mins its all steamed up. does this sound like a bust matrix?
  8. Hi iv just bought my first vr6 today and iv been out to give it a good drive to find any faults. Every thing seemed fine until i noticed a big cloud of steam behind me, i pulled over straight away and found a coolant hose had blew off, could this be a problem of too much pressure or as simple as a poorly fitted jubily clip? cheers
  9. You were spot on it was a blown fuse. all working fine, now i can go put some petrol in to enjoy my first dub. cheers again.
  10. hi iv just bought my first vr6 and i can figure out how to get the petrol cap open, i cant find a release and the car has no central locking. any ideas? cheers
